2) On the back side of the mail art write the name, date and title of work

3) It's participation free

4) Send one or more mail arts to:

5) The mail arts are not being returned

6) The images of works may be used in the manner and order as necessary to publicize the event, without accruing economic rights for the participants of the Exhibition. It recognized the right to use images of works as information and promotion for the event.
